Define weekly fees per (side × relationship × asset type). Free-rental programs apply per-driver with auto-expiring end dates. Charges still get written via the Manual Charges flow in settlements — this is the policy layer that drives expected amounts.

To change the fee for a single assignment, open the request card on the
Check-In / Out page and hit ✎ Override on the fee section — the override writes a per-driver+asset program row automatically. Use the editors below for blanket rule changes (e.g. raising all sleeper trucks $25/wk) or for adding/extending free-rental programs across many drivers.

For the chosen week, diff expected fees (rules + programs) against what's already in
ops_financial. Catches missing charges, wrong amounts, and orphan entries before the settlement run. Fix any gaps in Settlements → Step 8 Manual Charges — the writer there handles sign, dedupe, and audit so charges never double up.
